CONNECTA 2025 – Career opportunities through direct exchange

This year's CONNECTA career fair took place on October 22 and 23, 2025, on the campus of OTH Regensburg. Under the motto “Bear-strong career opportunities,” the event provided a central platform for exchange between students, graduates, and over 250 regional and national companies and institutions.

The Cluster Mobility & Logistics was represented together with TechBase Regensburg GmbH as part of a joint booth in the exhibitor tent (spot Z 16). Interested visitors could find out about the wide range of services offered by TechBase – from support for start-ups and the Upper Palatinate Digital Start-up Initiative to innovative projects in the field of artificial intelligence (AIR) and mobility solutions of the future.

In addition to the exhibition, a varied supporting program with specialist presentations, workshops, and speed connecting formats enabled targeted preparation for career entry. Numerous discussions showed how valuable personal exchange is for the career planning of young talents.
