On April 22, 2026, JOBTECH 2026 opened its doors at TechBase Regensburg to students and soon-to-be graduates looking to learn about career opportunities in permanent positions. Small and large companies from the region presented themselves as attractive employers with specific job offers. The fair was organized by the Cluster Mobility & Logistics in collaboration with TechBase Regensburg, the Digital Start-up Initiative Upper Palatinate (DGO), and AIR Artificial Intelligence Regensburg.
JOBTECH offered students and future graduates the opportunity to get to know a wide range of employers in a relaxed atmosphere, build a personal network, and establish potential contacts for internships, part-time student jobs, and bachelor’s and master’s theses.
The 27 exhibitors included not only regional companies and startups but also well-known players such as ams OSRAM, Bayernwerk, BHS Intralogistics GmbH, the German Armed Forces, FERCHAU GmbH, IGZ, INSYS icom, invenio, Krones AG, and Krones.digital. The exhibitor lineup was further complemented by Max Bögl Bauservice, the City of Regensburg, OTH Regensburg, Netto Marken-Discount, TGW Systems Integration GmbH, T.CON GmbH & Co. KG, TELIS Finanz AG, Zollner Elektronik AG, and other companies from the technology, industrial, retail, and service sectors.
With JOBTECH 2026, TechBase has once again demonstrated how valuable the direct interaction between young talent, established companies, and innovation networks is for securing skilled workers in the region.
